The Hedgehog Inn, on Effingham Road in Copthorne, offers a charming mix of a great pub and restaurant with distinctly different and modern hotel accommodation, with eight newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms. Very near to Gatwick Airport, the hotel provides an ideal stop-over and is also a great base from which to explore the rich wildlife and walks to be found in West Sussex.
